Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Maahmil purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Item must be in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Store credit
- Bank transfer (if applicable)

6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, Maahmil will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping
7. Product Disclaimer
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of cotton fabrics and are not considered defects.
